I'm Melissa DiLullo, the creator of Fat Bottom Pots. 

Colorado is home, though I'm a PA native and an east coaster at heart. I am inspired by the colors and layers of the American west. I appreciate sunrises, cool summer nights under the stars, and open sky. My pieces are hand thrown, carved and glazed ~ and all are microwave and dishwasher safe!

My mark is three lines ~ they are carved into each piece I throw. Those lines represent my three kids, who I am lucky to know and grateful to parent. They are and always will be my best work. 

I love ritual as a call to presence. When I sip my morning coffee my thumb sits on those lines and I am filled with gratitude for what matters most. I believe that handmade items made with love and care elevate the ordinary in to a call for presence, a ritual.
